Creating An Uncluttered Mind

Creating An Uncluttered Mind

Receptive To Bliss

Creating An Uncluttered Mind

Empty your mind become receptive to bliss, we must gather and then dump all the clutter, static and mental lint that clings to our mind. It's kind of like cleaning out your closet in the fall to make room for the new. It makes sense. We need to clear our minds so that we have more room for input of positive programming and thoughts. We also will be better able to tune into ourselves, our desires, our erotic impulses and be less distracted by the buildup of life around us.

As we do so, we can consciously redirect our thoughts and influence our emotional surges into a more constructive life-way. Remember that the spiritual, physical, mental, emotional and environmental are interconnected. We are seeking to balance these aspects of our lives for a more blissful life. We've all been there at one time or another.

By clearing your mind of the negative input and distractions we leave space for the good stuff! Without all those distractions we will find that it is much easier to tune into all the beauty, love and bliss surrounding us! Blessed are we if we learn to look at the gifts bestowed upon us. Always take life one day at a time, live in the present and strive to move onward and upward.
